I’m an Italian service and strategic designer with a multicultural background. I’ve had the opportunity to live in several countries throughout my life, giving me a unique perspective on the systems and dynamics of our world, and how these are designed.

Working on both physical and digital products and services has helped me to develop a wide range of skills and a deep understanding of the end-to-end customer journey.

I love working with others to find creative solutions to complex problems - it's one of the things that drew me to Service Design in the first place.

Outside of work you will most likely find me in the kitchen – food is one of my biggest passions, I love the stories behind each ingredient and dish, and of course, eating. Thankfully, I also enjoy being active: football, skiing and biking around London are the main ways I keep mobile throughout the week.
